If all else fails, and I really mean a last resort, go see a diet treatment center, like Quick Trim. They give you a meal plan and diet pills to take. I used to exercise myself to death and watch what I ate, but never seemed to lose any inches or weight. I went to Quick Trim, spoke with a doctor, and he put me on diet pills to help me get the desired results. I still go to the gym every day and watch what I eat, but now I'm actually seeing results and have lost over 75 lbs to date. I warn you though, use this method as a last resort. Use with caution.......

Cut out all junk food...eat three meals a day with plenty of fruits and veggies. Limit sugar..use splenda if you have to have it.

Walk at least 30-45 minutes everyday whether it be around the block..inside your office building or around the parking lot at lunch, or on a treadmill.

Drink plenty of water

This alone should help you tremendously...however if you have a very short period of time (less than 3 months) you might consider going to WalGreens or Wal mart and purchasing something like Cortislim or a dietary supplelment to help you lose the weight....REMEMBER: these really only work when accompanied by eating healthy and exercise...so keep up the tips from above.

In order to lose weight you must reduce your current caloric intake by 500 calories and burn 500 with exercise each day. This will equal approximately 1 lb per week. 1-2 pound loss is the safest way to loose and keep it off.
Start with a food journal to figure out how many calories you eat per day. Cut out at least 500 calories. You can look up calories burned, based on your current weight, for different activities at http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

Cut the carbs. Here is what I do when I want to lose fast.

I make a cabbage soup that is delicious and it acts as a diuretic. But you most have it two times a day.

1 Head of Cabbage
1 Can of Plum Tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
2 tbs of Olive Oil
2 Zucchini cup up
3 Carrots cut up
1 small sprigs of Fresh Parsley
Water
Pepper & Salt
Cut up cabbage and place in a large pot..add all other ingredients and simmer for at least 1 hour.

You must have this soup 2 times a day. Also cut out beef, bread, cereals and only 2 fruits a day. Drink 8 glasses of water a day...Absolutely no alcohol or soda only selzer is acceptable..Limit your dairy also. No coffee, only herb tea.

Breakfast. 1 Yogurt with fruit and 1/2 Banana 1 cup of herb green tea - no bread at all
mid morning snack: 1 high protein bar
Lunch: 1 Large Salad, with cooked cut up chicken or salmon and low fat dressing and one bowl of of the cabbage soup

Dinner: 1 bowl of Cabbage soup, Broiled Fish or Chicken, two vegetables, small tossed salad with low fat dressing
and 1 piece of fresh fruit

Snack: 1 Yogurt
or 1 serving of Diet Jello

Do that for at least two weeks and you will lose at least 10 lbs guaranteed. Good Luck

This helped me lose about 8 pounds in 4 weeks before my wedding: Atkins shakes for breakfast and lunch (or a brothy soup like chicken noodle works too), then a normal dinner. Hike or jog 30 minutes a day (lunch hour works well). Try to eat healthy snacks like a few nuts or fruit, and really limit your desserts. Good luck!

ok if you want to loose weight fast ... stay away from soda , sweets , chips , fried foods, bread and cut way back on red meats... when eatting salad dont coat your salad in dressing ... put the dressing to the side and just put the tips of your fork in the dressing then add salad to the fork you get the same great taste but will use way less dressing ... fresh fruits such as melons are a good filler and not as many calories ... exercise ... walk ... good luck

Take a few days (3-4) and eat high fiber foods, limit your choices to fruits and vegetables. After a few days, incorporate some pretzels into your lunchtime meal, and some fat-free yogurt or milk with breakfast. After the first 4 days, slowly bring back small amounts of other foods, while keeping your main diet to apples, lettuce, carrots, grapefruit, raisins, etc. After awhile, you can eat regular meals, but have larger amounts of these types of foods, and small amounts of everything else. It works and you will feel amazing too!

Weight Watchers is safest, although not necessarily fastest. Check out their website! I believe the low carb like SouthBeach/Atkins diets may have a faster initial weight loss but they are not truly designed for the long term. Crash diets can be dangerous, so whatever you decide please be careful.

how long do you have before your wedding? Weightwatchers (which im doing) tells you how to eat right, still eat what you want in moderation and you lose...there is no FAST way to lose weight, it takes a while..

your first week you might lose alot because of water weight but then 1-2 lbs per week after that is normal...if you weigh more it may be more :) (like me :)
