there is a nazi here claiming to be atheist, i find this highly offensive. opinions please. i am atheist but cannot tolerate people who believe it is right to destroy a race based on religion. (before you remind me, i am aware that there is cast iron proof that hitler was a practicing catholic but do not consider him to be an example of a good christian)

Just because you're an atheist, that doesn't mean you can't be a Nazi. I don't agree with anyone spreading hate and I think instead their insides should be spread all over the ground, but that still doesn't make mean that they do or don't believe in a deity. Just like any other belief, there will always be someone you don't consider to be a shining example of it.

Fascism teaches that a country becomes more powerful and prosperous, if all its citizens hold identical values. "Strength through uniformity," epitomizes Nazi ideals.
The only thing we atheists have in common is a lack of belief in supernatural deities. Nevertheless, because atheists tend toward greater intelligence and more education, they are generally much more broad-minded than believers. Most atheists appreciate the value of diversity at every level. It is possible, but quite unlikely that a "real" atheist might admire Fascist ideals. If so, he is definitely the exception and not the rule. Modern atheists generally lean to the left, not the right.

What are you talking about? Are you so uneducated that you do not understand that an atheist does not believe in any god not just the Christian one? Just because an atheist does not believe in any god it does not exclude them from any religion, spirituality or sect that does not have a god.
In case your education is seriously deficient - the vast majority of Nazis were - wait for it - CHRISTIAN!!!!
Try putting shot and foot together!!!
Another question that is obviously intended to make atheists look silly by a Christian!!!!

Any "Nazi" may be Atheist, as Nazism was a political movement and not a view of spirituality or philosophy. Even so, the Nazis attempted to implement more of a pagan, pre-Christian element to their over-reaching philosophy.

He's entitled to his opinion. I'm an atheist but I agree with very few of the atheists I see here. Half of them haven't a clue what the word means. Atheists share only a single commonality.
