I know he likes me and hes asked me out a few times but ive said no, we're just friends and its kinda settled now. Hes always telling me im beautiful and stuff and today he jokingley went do you want to marry me and put his ring on my finger and I laughed and was like no && its too big so I gave him it back and he was like do you wanna wear my bracelet? So I was liek yeah and he was like I duno Ive never given any girl my bracelet before blah blah blah but he ended up giving me it!! Am I suggesting I like him!!!!?

Oh give the poor guy a break, he's obviously smitten with you, he's already asked you out and you have declined his offer
but now your wearing his bracelet, you have probably got this young man totally confused and living with the vain hope that you feel the same way as he does!
Do the decent thing and give it back to him and the next time he offers you something like that dont accept it.
Reading between the lines though my friend it sounds to me as though you like the attention that this guy is giving you, if your really not interested in him you need to tell him and make sure he knows exacty where he stands, even if that means losing him as a friend!
