The reason your doctor won't send you for reconstructive surgery, in my humble opinion, is because you are probably suffering with what's termed body dysmorphia. You're seeing things not as they really are.
I've just looked at your 360 page, and would be more than happy to be seen walking down the street with you. You're certainly not ugly.
If you think you're bad, take a look at me. You'll think then, that it's me that needs reconstructive surgery.

I was a bit scared to view your profile but after seeing you I think you are not a bit ugly, just look a bit down in the mouth or depressed. Have you discussed your feelings with a counselor? I think your doctor is not doing his job by just refusing you reconstructive surgery, he should be trying to get to the reason you see yourself as ugly, which you most certainly are not! I bet if you smiled you would look really pretty.

Quite simply it's because you don't need it. There are people out there who are totally disfigured through accident, birth defect or disease and they NEED surgery. What you desire is to look better in your own eyes and that is not the same thing at all.
I believe if you did have surgery you'd still be unsatisfied. Therefore your answer is to get some councelling for this obsession. I assume that is your photograph on your profile.

I've just looked at your 360 pic too, there's nothing wrong with you you look fine! Why did the doctors say you can't have surgery? Can you not go private or at least for a second opinion?
