Try Nubi cups - you can get them in Tescos.
If you screw them on properly, they're pretty leakproof.
You can also get a version with a straw

Honestly, the ones that are more expensive dont help at all. Go for the ones that are the most durable. Like if your alone in a store, or no-one else is around, drop the sippy cup on the groud, and if it breaks, thats not a good sippy cup XD. You could also whip out the duct tape.

I like these:
* Gerber Fun Grips® Soft Starter Spill-proof Cup
* Gerber Fun Grips® Color Change Spill-proof Cup
* Gerber Sip & Smile Insulated Cup
They have a gasket thing in the inside part of the spout so the child can shake it around and they don't leak or spray at all. It requires sucking action to get the fluid out. However, the gasket is removeable for later when the child has better control of use and doesn't sling it all over.
The only time my daughter has gotten one to leak is when she's thrown it REALLY HARD on the floor and the gasket pops out.
Here's the Gerber website for product info:

Gerber sippy cups are the best...the only way they may leak is if it is thrown on the floor real hard which can cause the valve to come out.

It would help to know how old your child is... here are the ones I used for my boys, you can get them at KMart or Walmart
These are Avent ones, the tip is soft so it won't terrorize tender baby gums:

These are Playtex ones, check the tip to see if that's something you want to give your baby:

I used the Avent ones while my boys were small and teething and a little older - they were interchangeable, with nipples, then the Playtex ones once they had a mouthful of teeth, but not for very long. I used bottle bags to fed them with and they didn't take pacifiers and I didn't want to have issues with crowning teeth, etc.
These are good for 3-5 year olds and probably a little older because they keep drinks cool in the summer and the bugs don't get in the drink:

I am not sure who makes them, but they have lightning mcqueen and elmo on them. You can buy them at wal-mart and they do not leak and you do not have to put an insert in them. Also, any sippy will leak if you put a carbonated drink in it.

I like one made by "Nuby" I think. The labels are worn off of the ones I have, but I think that is correct. They don't leak, but you have to remove the valve and wash them before the milk goes bad, or they become hard to clean.
