Here in Germany at Easter the shops have painted boiled eggs for sale and are not kept in the fridges in the shops.

They have a 3 month sell by date on them

so i would say 3 months

I had a boiled egg which I kept for 5 years and when I cracked it by mistake it was like a marble but it was not off

A couple of hours at the most, if they are not kept chilled you run the risk of getting a food borne illness. Keep 'em chilled

I think your best to use them as soon as possible.

They go black after a while.

The longer you leave them to eat anyway make your f@rts worse than ever!!!
