Yes. People are very willing to do things they know are wrong when being told to do so by supposed authority figures because it takes the blame and then makes them not have to follow their conscience. By prosecuting this guy we can actually make people know that regardless of the situation you will be held accountable. But I do agree the girl should have said no as well and waited for the supposed police officer that was on the phone.

Yes as well as the co workers for subjecting the woman to that kind of humilation. I agree with the first answer that the manager needs to be shot or hanged.

The woman is totally ignorant to actually go thru with it. I would have told the manager to stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

whoa.... firstly, that girl is an idiot for blindly following these "commands". the manager is just as bad for doing something which he most obviously knows is against the law, and beyond that, against a general sense of decency. im glad to see that she got 6.1 million dollars though. welcome to sheep-nation.
