i licked my dental stitches out in one day!!!!! what should i do?

Don't panic the dentist placed resorbable sutures, these come out normally in a dew days. If it's been a week that's fine.

Don't worry about it if your incision wasn't deep just rinse your mouth with clean water often and keep your tongue out of it.
