I am making green bean casserole, stuffing, rolls, and chicken breasts for dinner. How should I prepare the chicken breasts? Something simple, not fried though. I was thinking baked somehow with some sort of sauce or gravy over it? Help please!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS
1 (10 ounce) package fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 pinch ground black pepper
8 slices bacon

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place spinach in a large glass bowl, and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute or so, or until wilted. Stir in sour cream, pepperjack cheese, and garlic.
Lay the chicken breasts out on a clean surface, and spoon some of the spinach mixture onto each one. Roll up chicken to enclose the spinach, then wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks, and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, then increase heat to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C), or use the oven's broiler to cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes to brown the bacon.

This is an easy recipe i use often. Im actually making it tonight :)
I put chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.. season with salt and pepper..i mix together 3/4 cup of white wine with 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard and the juice of a lemon and pour over the chicken. I sprinkle with parmesan cheese and put a tad bit of butter on each.. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes and baste a few times with the mixture on the bottom of the pan. It makes very juicy chicken and you get a nice light sauce with it as well.. Whatever you decide to make.... enjoy!

You're dinner sounds like a mini Thanksgiving! And very yummy! You might consider taking a half cube of softened butter and mixing it with chopped fresh sage and thyme and rubbing it up under the skin of each breast. Season with kosher salt and pepper and bake in the oven until the juices run clear. You can take whats left in the pan and mix it with some chicken stock, salt and pepper (opt.) and thicken it with cornstarch and a little water for a gravy. What's for dessert?

Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and fill it with any combination of cheese, ham, sausage, bacon, flavored rice, etc.

Pan fry on medium high heat to brown each side (1-2 minutes per side) and then finish the cooking in the oven; covered at 375F for maybe 20 minutes (depends on how think the breasts are).

Bake the chicken and while it's baking heat and mix a cream soup with some herbs you have on hand (like rosemary, parsle). When the chicken comes out of the oven, pour the soup mixture over it.

One of my favorite combos a sauce made of plain yogurt, orange juice, ginger, dijon mustard, a bit of black pepper & salt (to taste). It's sweet and spicy.

Do you need exact measurements?
