I have worked as a Bouncer and Bartender. Any business has the right to refuse service. If you are assleep at the bar, they can stop serving you (obviously), and they can ask you to leave. If you don't leave, they can call a cop, because now you're trespassing; but, there is no LAW that specifically states 'No sleeping at the bar', that I'm aware of.

I don't think there is a "law" about falling asleep in a bar, but I'm willing to bet the proprietor of said establishment won't be too happy and would probably have a person removed if they were not willing.
I'm not sure this question is clear enough, or if you actually mean falling asleep (as in temporarily) at a bar.

If a person falls asleep, or more accurately, passes out in a bar in my state, the owner/management is required to ask them to leave the establishment. If you're unable to stay conscious, you've had too many.
