Nope! John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. That whosoever BELIEVETH in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
Faith, through Grace, is all that is needed for Salvation, dear one.
Baptism is an outward action to show and inward commitment to Christ. If it was necessary to be baptized for salvation, the thief on the cross next to Christ wouldn't have made it, yet Chrst told him "today, you will be with Me in Paradise."
When we get into the thinking that baptism is needed for salvation, we get into the dangerous area of WORKS. Only faith in Christ can save us.
God bless!

Just what is the Name of the Holy Trinity anyway? I don't believe it's in the Bible? And if it's one of the other 2's names, which one is greater? The Fathers? or the Sons?

Dear Friend,
Baptism is only an outward/public acknowledgment that you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. It ...in itself nor do the words Save anyone. Only by asking Jesus Christ into your life...Saves you. And then, you must work out your own salvation.
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Philippians 2:12
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be Saved. Matthew 24:13
Mark 16:16 says, "He that believeth and is baptized shall be Saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." The word believeth here means to surrender yourself/trust completely.
Sincerely in Christ Jesus,
lostnsavd...

"and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body, but the pledge of good conscience toward it God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ." 1 Peter 3:21.
This baptism is in reference to the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The water symbolizes our death and resurrection with Jesus Christ. We are dead and buried and then resurrected a new person in Christ.
"That if you confess with your mouth 'Jesus is Lord' and believe that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
It does not say you might be saved, there are other things that you need to do to be saved, it simply says, you will be saved.

The Lord himself affirms that Baptism is necessary for salvation (Jn 3:5) He also commands his disciples to proclaim the Gospel to all nations and to baptize them.(Mt 28:19-20) Baptism is necessary for salvation for those to whom the Gospel has been proclaimed and who have had the possibility of asking for this sacrament.(Mk 16:16.) The Church does not know of any means other than Baptism that assures entry into eternal beatitude; this is why she takes care not to neglect the mission she has received from the Lord to see that all who can be baptized are "reborn of water and the Spirit."
God has bound salvation to the sacrament of Baptism, but he himself is not bound by his sacraments.

Water baptism is not required for salvation. The only way to be saved is to believe that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again.

It really depends on what you believe. Some people believe that if you're not baptised you're not going to heaven. I don't believe that you have to be baptised, because I'm not Christian. If this means I'm going to hell then so be it.
