Yeah she's speaking Arabic. Her name is Haifa Wehbe and she's a famous Lebanese model/singer.

She talks about how she got into modeling, by joining an agency. Then she says her friend said she had potential to get into the singing business. Then she talks about her childhood, she says that she was a tomboy, she loved playing sports like basketball and she'd always break her arms/legs whilst playing. She talks about one time when she was a child when she put on her mum's best perfume to go to school, but the bottle slipped out of her hand and most of the perfume spilt out. So she filled the rest up with water and went to school hoping her mum wouldn't find out. When she came home, her mum found out because the perfume and the water in the bottle had separated out, so the perfume was at the bottom and the water resting on top.
