Yogurt, applesauce (good job, mom!), grits with butter and honey, tepid tea, oatmeal, etc. You can also try those nutritional drinks for sick people (like Ensure). It may take a day or two to get her back to normal. As you already know, if she's not eating, it's going to take longer. Try getting her to drink V8 juice (the one that tastes like fruit juice). There's not a whole lot you can do except wait for the swelling to go down.
Have you looked at the holes in her mouth? Make sure you can't see any bits of tooth left in there. It happens. Also, keep checking her for fever and infection. You've kept her alive for 16 years, so you know what to look for, lol!
It sucks seeing your kid suffer, huh? Poor mom! She'll be okay.

When I got my wisdom teeth pulled, my mom gave me chocolate ice cream. I was still all numb from the surgery, so instead of it going into my mouth, it spilled on my white shirt and I started crying out of frustration.
Try heat for the swelling and to soothe the pain. I wash cloth in warm water worked for me. Jell-O is a beautiful thing, because you can almost feel like you're eating real food. Apple sauce and yogurt are great (I second The Answer Fairy in giving you kudos for that!) You can also try putting cereal and milk in the blender. I did that more than once when I was recovering! Oatmeal is good too as long as it doesn't have nuts in it. Soup could be good, but sometoimes it contains a lot of salt that could be uncomfortable for her. Maybe offer her some mashed potatoes. Let her eat what she's comfortable with. I looks as though you're watching for it, but at this point dehydration is more of a concern than starvation. It seems like you have been doing everything you should be doing. Good for you!
Just stay away from chocolate ice cream! :)

Yogurt, applesauce, milkshakes, malts, Jello: anything she doesn't have to chew, or even suck hard on a straw. Soup, if she'll eat it. However, anything she puts in her mouth right now will hurt. For goodness sake, give her time to heal - it's just been 24 hours, apparently! Stop shoving food at her. She isn't going to starve. Let her tell you what she can eat, then get it for her. This is one time you can pamper a 16-year-old and not have her snarling at you (if she's inclined to snarl, and most 16-year-old are.)

When she is ready to eat she will tell you, just encourage room temp water to keep her hydrated .
She likely swallowed a lot of blood during the process and doesn't have the stomach to eat as well her jaw is probably killing her.
Take into consideration how you would feel if you just had 4 teeth pulled, would you really want to eat?

HELLO NANNA,
ICE WILL ONLY BE EFFECTIVE THE FIRST 24 HOURS POST EXTRACTION, BUT IT MUST BE USED RIGHT AWAY.
AFTERWARD. ADVIL2-3 PILLS EVERY 4-6 HOURS AND WARM, MOIST HEAT, AS IN MICROWAVED WASHCLOTHS APPLIED TO THE OUTSIDE ON THE CHEEKS WILL HELP BRING DOWN THE SWELLING.
MAKE SURE SHE EATS, WHEN SHE'S READY, A SOFT DIET AND STAYS WELL HYDRATED.
