yeah but think about this
I gave a pan-handler a dollar by the interstate once, later that day I saw him walk across the street and get into a white camero!
I ran over and confronted the man, he said this is my job, I can make a good $15 dollars/hr. doing this! It sucks that people would abuse a system like that, but because of it I don't hand out money any more, even if it is a ligit. bum, it'll just go to alchol anyhow... think about it, I know we should care about others, but by doing this you're not really helping anyone.

hell yeah i gave a homeless guy 5 quid a while ago and when i walked passed him a few minutes later he was opening up a pack of malboro red! i mean what is happening to the world today
