I like taking pictures and I want to have fun with them. I was wonderig if there's a photoshop software that's free and easy to download.

Photoshop is not free, but there is a program that works very much like Photoshop called "Gimp". But be advised, this is a full blown graphics editor and has a fairly steep learning curve. You can get gimp at: http://www.gimp.org
If you would prefer to begin with a simpler editor then I would suggest Xnview. It does not work in layers like either Photoshop or Gimp, but does have a good array of tools. http://www.xnview.com
