No such thing as cops on steroids? Yeah right!!! Read it and weep:
http://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/hoberman/cops-on-steroids.htm
"FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin in 1991: "Anabolic steroid abuse by police officers is a serious problem that merits greater awareness by departments across the country." (1) In 2003 another expert offered a similar assessment. Little research has been done on the use of steroids by police, said Larry Gaines, former executive director of the Kentucky Chiefs of Police Association. "But I think it's a larger problem than people think.".(2)"
The so-called 'Blue Light Syndrome' does have something to do with police abuse, but there's no way anyone can claim LE personnel do not use steroids.
The one thing I HIGHLY dislike about this article is that it makes references to anabolic steroid use as a clear-cut reason for 'roid rage. Even though there is no such thing as 'roid rage, I feel this article still merits posting to counter the wishful blinding of the fact that steroid use is occurring in LE and not that steroids cause aggression and narcissistic behavior by police.

Is this an opinion or question?
Can you provide a link to drug testing results indicating 'all police' or what percentage utilize steroids?
Can you provide information on wether the Police involved in violent incidents are under the effects of such substances?

Based upon your sentence structure, spelling, and question...I'd suggest maybe you look in the mirror before casting allegations towards others!
