A cold winter night makes me long for hot Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup and a grilled cheese sandwich with a few potato chips for crunch, along with carrot and celery sticks, and a few black olives. YUM!
=)

French onion soup with thick pieces of French or Italian bread, covered in Asiago or Gruyere cheese! I just made a great vegetable soup with left over turkey!

Lamb vindaloo with a slice of Kashmiri naan (soft flatbread stuffed with nuts and raisins). The lamb is spicy, so it'll warm me up!
Followed by a piece of freshly made baklava for dessert....it doesn't get much better than that.

Chili Con Carne with extra chili powder for something savoury,
Hot Custard and bananas for something sweet
One after another if I'm not dieting preferably followed by fresh brewed coffee with lashings of Baileys!

TAKE YOUR OXTAIL
OR EVEN STEW MEAT IF PREFERRED, ROLL THE MEAT IN FLOUR, THEN PUT INTO YOUR PRESTO COOKER,IF PROFFERED, THEN ROAST TILL GOLDEN BROWN, STIRRING NOW AND AGAIN.
THEN CUT UP ONIONS AND FRY WITH MEAT.
THEN ADD;
1 DESSERTSPOON DRY MUSTARD POWDER
2-3 DES WORCESTER SAUCE
2-3 DES TOMATO SAUCE
1 OXO CUBE
2-3 DES VINEGAR
SALT AND PEPPER
NOW BOIL UNTIL SOFT AND TENDER, THEN ADD NEW BABY POTATOES AND A FEW CARROTS. THEN THICKEN GRAVY IF PROFFERED.
