Absolutely no state in the USA allows for any '3 day right to rescind' on auto purchases. Unless you are granted this privilege by the dealership once you take delivery, you own it. I hope this helps.

In most cases, you can't. Auto sales are final. There is no "cooling off period" or "right to cancel" a car contract in any state. Now if the dealer offers something in writing, that's different. Once you sign a contract, it's almost impossible to break it without causing you some pain. If it's a new car, and has chronic problems meeting specific criteria, you may be eligible for protection under the Lemon Law.

Dealers aren't required by law to give used car buyers a three-day right to cancel. The right to return the car in a few days for a refund exists only if the dealer grants this privilege to buyers. Dealers may describe the right to cancel as a "cooling-off" period, a money-back guarantee or a "no questions asked" return policy. Before you purchase from a dealer, ask about the dealer's return policy, get it in writing and read it carefully.

There's also the "lemon law," which only applies if something is wrong with the car, and its application varies by state.

As has already been stated, there are no laws that allow for a grace period after purchase. Your only hope might be that, if you have bad credit, the dealer will not be able to find a loan company to accept your loan application, and he asks for his car back.

Depends on the contract you signed.

Most contracts have NO cooling off period, and you are stuck with what you purchased.

Some dealership, such as Carmax give you a few days to return the car, but the majority of them don't.

MOST EVERY DEALERSHIP WORKS THE SAME, ONCE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE ITS YOURS.

AS BAD AS IT SOUNDS IF YOU DO TAKE IT BACK THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU THE RESALE VALUE FOR IT.

UNLESS SOME TYPE OF FRAUD WAS DONE, THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY TO GET OUT OF IT.

You can't unless there was fraud involved. If you are wondering about the mythical "3 day return law"....it doesn't exist.
