people who believe in God and pray to him also believe they are talking to him each and every time they pray. So I would have to say yes, people talk to God every day....at any given moment there are lots of people talking to God.

I think perhaps the question you want an answer to is does God actually talk back and can he be heard (as in can you actually hear a voice)

Talk to God and see Him move about ! My senses will never experience this as God is a Mental state. Feel Him unless I am Schizophrenic.

I talk to him every day. I think what you are asking, though is if he ever talks back, and my answer is still, Yes. We need to condition ourselves to hear him, though. He doesn't speak loudly like anger, rage and pride do. He usually speaks in ideas instead of words.

On a rare occasion he will speak audibly. He did to me once, and it was nothing to be proud of either. It was rebuke.

If you want to know if somebody hears from God, watch what they do.

The transmission is always one way.
"god" is not "God"
People may regard other people or inanimate objects as "god" and so talk or converse with them/it.

Yes, we tend to put them into homes. Often serial killers say they have god talking to them, telling them to kill. Interesting?
