Personality. Looks don't amount to anything, if the guy is boring, too serious, or just an ***. They need to have a good sense of humor, be somewhat intelligent, and know when to be serious and when to not.
He can be the prettiest guy in the world, but if he doesn't have something going on upstairs, he isn't attractive in my books.

Has to be personlity. Cause like they say , "Everything that glitters aint gold" So you shouldnt just be into the guys looks alone, sure thats the first thing that attracts you to them. But at the end knowing what their about counts the most.

most might say looks but I say personality then looks because u can have a guy who is SO good looking but doesn't have a personality or he abuses u. Don't get me wrong I still care about the looks but personality first.

an awesome personality, he has to be able to take things lightly and with a good sense of humor. Someone that gets along with everyone.
