This is not just in I-T Companies.The same is practised everywhere which is unethical and a society in which this is happening unabated , is heading towards doom and hollowness.It gives to an individual temporary cheap pleasure, but, ultimately in the long run , it brings lot evils and penetrates deep inside the very traditional foundation upon which a civilised society has to live with happiness and pride for next generation.
Luckily , such symptoms are rare in Indian / oriental society.This is very common in the West, which is the major reason that there is hardly any true social and strong family bonds which we find in Oriental Society.
The present Oriental society is gradually venturing into this practice.This must stop at the earliest.

Well, it's different in India to other countries...
In the rest of the world, IT is a glamorous, high pressure industry - With people fighting to be at the leading edge of technology..
They need something to relieve the pressure and to make them feel human again... Sexual relationships with co-workers are a good way of letting off steam in a 'no strings attached', fun, way.
In India of course, this is not the case.. In this situation it is the ceaseless fight to have more certification than the next person that provides the stress... The difficulty of thinking up a Western sounding name when you have to telephone someone who resides in the 21st. Century..

Sex attract people. Woman are more powerful in this, jobs like Marketing, Advertisment, Business promotion, sales, Recovery etc. women can work more efficiently in small and corrupt way.
Other than that sexual exploitation in office, where a girl is victimised by her boss.
Girls have taken his a good, way to impress their boss.

I think you should really get some updates, The fact is that the sexologists have reported the maximum clients they have is from the IT industry, And in some cases it is obvious coz they earn high and when some people earn more you they like to try every possible thing that they can do!!
