Just work on good posture, that counts for alot. Here's some helpful info on posture and what to do:

play some games which increase your height or in other words make ur body stretch like basketball, volley ball

drink lots of milk.
that helps u to grow
well u know last year (when i was thirteen) i was only 5'4(162 cms) and i didnt drink a lot of milk and did not eat my vegetables i had some favourites and ate them only
then i started drinking a lot of milk and ate all vegetables without any favourites.
now i am 5'8(175 cms)

i grew 13 cms in just about one year(10 months to be exact)

so i advise u to follow my tips

unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller than your genes determine. you probably aren't at your full adult height yet. look at your close male relatives. that's how tall you will probably be. make sure you eat a healthy diet and get daily exercise to make the most of your growth pattern.

Perhaps a search for "grow taller" + "natural ways" might be of interest.

a high calcium diet and cutting out sodas and caffeine will make a slight difference.

Just take some time. That is what I used, and it worked great.

Good luck!
