If you were denied entry into the US on a tourist visa or on Visa Waiver, that by itself shouldn't affect your K-1 visa application. If they did enter some other finding against you, say for misrepresentation and fraud, then it might very well affect things. Check your passport and see if they wrote anything into your passport with numbers and letters. then, if they did, ask again showing us what that code is. For the moment, it just looks like they consider you to be an intending immigrant, which, you are.

George L is correct. If you were refused under the Visa Waiver Program (you didn't mention your citizenship), not too much harm done unless, as he said, you were charged with fraud.

If you used a nonimmigrant visa to apply for admission, and you were permitted to withdraw your application for admission and return foreign, not too much harm done unless, as he said, you were charged with fraud.

If you were given a Expedited Removal order, you have been barred from the U.S. for five years from the date of the removal. Did they give you a Form I-860, Notice of Expedited Removal? Probably not.

All you were asked to do was to go back home, wait for your visa, and come back with the proper documents. If you do that, you should have no further trouble. The embassy is going to want a report from the port-of-entry where you were refused so let's hope that they receive a notification of the action before you apply for the K-1.

You'll have to try again - in English preferably - as your question makes no sense.
