To get a fiancee visa for the USA you and your fiancee must first file an I-129F petition with proof that you have physically met in the last two years. There is no way around this you must have documentary evidence that you have met.
If this is approved you will them be sent an application pack from your local American Embassy so that you can apply for a K-1 Visa. You will have to pass a medical and prove that you and your fiance have an ongoing relationship.
He will have to prove he earns enough to support you when you move to America.
If you get the visa it is valid for 6 months. During that time you must move to America. After you enter the country you must marry him within 90 days or return to your own country.
After marriage you both need to file together to Adjust Status, this allows to to stay in America with your new husband. You will both be interviewed and have to prove you have a genuine marriage.
Overall this process will cost at least $2000 now and that is not counting cost of travel.

Just having an American boyfriend does not qualify you for a K-1 (fiance) visa. You must also be legitimately engaged to marry within three months of receiving the Visa; you must also have met your bf in person within the last year (some exceptions for religious reasons are permitted but unlikely to apply here) and your boy friend must apply for the Visa. It is not exactly cheap ($400+), so your boyfriend has to have a job that would permit him to take care of you so you both don't go on welfare.

Yes you can get the forms, get your boyfriend to gather all the necessary info, gather your own info and apply for your K1 visa.. once you have gone through the procedure you will be given a date in which you will have , have medical, then have your interview, if you pass they will stamp you passport with your visa, then it up to you to get over there and get married.. . good luck!
