Proper English is:

If you come to our town, all the girls will become "magnetized" to you.

Of course it all depends on the "scope" of the sentence in the "whole" meaning of the paragraph, page, book, etc.

Magnet isn't a verb, so it can't be used that. You can say magnetically attracted.

I think the expression you are looking for is "the girls will be attracted to you."
