We don't. I'm a Christian and I disagree with all the "global warming" hype that's going around. The fact is, the earth's temperature changes in a cyclical manner. We're simply experiencing a tiny -- yet temporary -- increase.
Is this God's doing? Of course. But so was the year 1816, referred to as "the year without a summer" -- when it snowed almost the entire year and destroyed most crops: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_Without_A_Summer

I really don't know of Christians freaking out about this but I do know Christians thAT BELIEVE ITS A SIGN FROM THE BIBLE OF THE COMING FUTURE EVENTS .(OUCH) IN the book of Revelation it warns us of this that man will not be even able to walk out side without protection from being burned and the sun will scorch the earth , along with a few other warnings

Interesting. The Kyoto Accords were set down in Tokyo... a largely non-Christian nation. The nation with the worst pollution is China. Again, largely non-Christian.
Your question seems designed to be argumentitive and biased against Christians for some reason.

If all they care about is the Ending Of The Worldtimes (TM), why would they care about Global Warming except as 'proof' of their prophecy?
Every flood or earthquake is 'proof' of their 'God'. Every drought (even if man-made and hence avoidable with correct action) is proof of 'prophecy' to them.
I wonder what Christians living in the Ice Age thought?
(joke joke!)

Well I have heard people who aren't really into the religion are freaking out too just to be fair about your comments.
As to why well nobody wants to think the world is dying the fear of mortality I guess.

Christians are usually the ones who deny global warming is a problem. Left wing liberals "freak out"
