Hmmm......I would think that is something you would KNOW if you were in the military. They don't just up and change your status from Guards to Reserve or Army to Marines. There would have to be some "red tape" to follow for that one!

Lets see I know you won an illegal international lottery that's why you have an offshore account.--- Go Directly to Jail

Didn't know you were in the reserves and refused a lawfully order makes you a deserter-- Ha Ha Go Directly to Ft Leavenworth, KS damn i bet there's a bunch of snow there

Federal Agent must of lied on application-- That's Federal Prison Time lets see I hear the one in Indiana is nice.

I even would be will to bet your an officer and haven't even came close to meeting your isn't it RYE date 28 years from date of Commission or the date that West Point got Commission that year. Been out to long

If you were a reservist, you could not simply refuse an order, regarldess of employment status or residence. Nothing to do with "control of any citizen." If you joined the reserves, that would have been your choice.

If you got out of the military in the past 8 years, they can now call you back to active duty.

I think you'd know if you were in the reserves, since there are other responsibilies associated with a reserve position. If you actually work in a US Embassy, you have resources there who can research the issue for you.
