There is a law that the governor wants to pass in my state (Missouri) that says anyone who knowingly helps an illegal immigrant to get a driver's license should be prosecuted and punished. In Missouri it is already a crime for illegal immigrants to get a driver's license but this also implicates people that help them to get one:

Well, if it is already illegal for them to get a license, someone helping them to obtain one would be guilty of forgery, correct?

If I know someone who robbed a bank and I helped him/her out (by giving him/her money or a car or I let him/her stay in my house) I could be charged as well.

I am not only all for it I am for expanding it to include ANY aide to illegals should be severely punished. Fines are not enough, we need prison terms. Five years for each instance of aiding an illegal with no chance for parole or early release. It should target landlords, hospital administrators, school board presidents, bank presidents, credit corporation CEO's and the lady down the street who gets her lawn mowed cheap (putting a kid out of work).
