I recently got into a terrible accident and now want to sell my car. How much would you pay for a totaled 1999 BMW 323i. The car is damaged in the front only, here are the things that were damged and things that work well:

Damaged:
1. Two Front lights (including signal light) (However the one light is in tact and not damaged at all, just need to be put back). Two Fog lights.
2.Front Bumper
3.The Hood
4.Right and Left Fendor
5. One Front Grill.

Things that are good:

1. Engine is not damaged and in good shape.
2. Tires are brand new and rims are good.
3. Suspensions are brand new.
4. All windows are 20% tinted, the back lights are also tinted.
5. No Damage in the interior at all and is clean.
6. No other damage (other than what i listed above) under the hood.

If i didnt have an accident i wud be able to sell the car for about 7 grand. Now that i had the accident, i just want to know around what price i cud get for it? Any1 have an estimate, let me know. Thanx

The car would be worth about $5500-$6000 wholesale, without having been damaged! Without seeing the car, I can not tell from your description it there is damage to the radiator support, but I will assume from the damage that it will need straightening.

There is somewhere in the area of $3000 worth of damage to the vehicle. Did you have an estimate of the cost of repairs done?

Because of the damage, the car is worth less (even repaired) than an undamaged vehicle in the same condition would be worth.

With a clean title, I would put the value of the vehicle somewhere in the $2000-$2500 range. If the title is going to be branded as rebuilt salvage, cut that in half!

These figures are based on only the information you have given. Without physically seeing the vehicle, I am just making a best guess!

Put it on ebay with a reserve price. Someone will buy it, fix it up and either resell it or drive it. You will get alot of exposure that way. Someone might have another BMW hit in the rear that they could make 1 car out of the 2 damaged ones.

assuming your insurance paid and allowed you to purchase the car back for a set price it would most likely bring a little more than what you were charged to keep it. as the insurance company will normally sell it back to you for what they expect it to bring at a salvage auction. With out seeing pictures and knowing the condition of the frame or air bags I would estimate 600.00 to a 1,0000 probably more depending on your location and definitly more if the air bags are good and the frames not bent.

The IRS is the muscle that collects funds to make confident the FED receives it truly is interest funds on the money it loans to the authorities. they are not regular for his or her humorousness, they are not part of the Treasury Dept., and they are not subject to the conventional guidelines that keep on with to really everyone else. till you're waiting to handle a wrestle you are able to't win you are able to't mess with the IRS any better than you should mess with the mob. you may be completely top and in accordance with the U.S. structure, even if the purely way you are able to win is that if we had an truthful authorities that surely worked for the yankee human beings (do not carry your breath waiting for one).

I would estimate that you would get $2,000 dollars tops for this car. $1,500 would be a realistic price.
GOod Luck sorry about your accident.

Sorry about the accident, I hope you weren't injured,

Honestly, I wouldn't pay more than $800 because it would cost so much to fix it up.

You can sell it to a junk yard and get money for the metal and parts.
