Has anyone sent their PS3 in for repair? If so where did you send it? How much did the repair cost? Thanks

I have not sent in my PS3 but did send in my PS2 one time. There was no fee besides the shipping on my part. Go to www.sony.com and get a phone number, give them a call and they will tell you where to send it to. We have also had a camcorder sent in the same way to them and they have fixed both with no problem.

No, I haven't sent my PS3 for any repairs yet, and I probably will never have too. But like someone else said, I did have to send in my PS2 for repairs a little over 4 years ago. My PS2 was still under warranty then, so the repairs were free. I even still have the paperwork and the repair sticker number still on my PS2, I just never took it off.

If I remember correctly, I think that address that Sony gave me to send my in my PS2 was in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

I'd send it to one of the authorized repair places listed in the owners manual.

You can always go on the Sony website and find out where to send it for repair.
