Bundled with Netscape and Mozilla Suite, Composer is getting a bit long in the tooth.
Try KompoZer instead, an updated version of Composer, free from:

Netscape Composer went out with Button Up Boots. It contains features that most web browsers do NOT recognize so I would not use it for that reason. Either use NVU http://www.nvu.com/ which is a free html developer or WYSIWYG Web Builder which is Drag and Drop. You can download a free copy of version 2 at http://pctutorials.at3host.com in the Software section or a 30 day
trial of a later version at http://wysiwygwebbuilder.com
