It is perfectly normal to feel or respond to the same temperature (or any other sensory stimulus, for that matter) in different ways on different parts of your body, or even on the same part on the opposite side. This is not only due to your physicality, but also, to a degree (no pun intended), your psychology: If you expect something to be a certain way, but it turns out not to be the case, then you might believe that something is "wrong" (i.e., in your case, the expectation that warm water on your right hand will be the same as that felt on your left hand).

Try this: Assuming you have two functioning eyes (don't laugh; some folks don't!), look at a large, stationary object, such as a wall across the room. Now close one eye, stare at the wall in a relaxed manner, then quickly open the closed eye and shut the open eye. Did the scene seem to change slightly? It should have! In this case, it was due to "perspective", in that your eyes are slightly apart and have a slightly different view of the world. Likewise, your skin will react to temperature, et al., in slightly different ways (again, psychology plays a part, as well).

Given your subsequent "detail", where you say that "all tests came up negative" (though you didn't indicate what kind of tests they were), you might be overreacting and/or are something of a hypochondriac. Of course, you didn't say whether the warm water *continued* to feel cold in the left hand, in which case you *might* have a problem, but I doubt it (not everyone responds to the same stimuli in the same manner, just as some people like loud music, and others don't).

So, "chill", and then "warm-up" to the fact that you're "normal"!
Sorry if that disappoints you! ;)

Yeah I would get a physical, you should probably get an intensive one. I think it's good to do one at 21 and then every 10 years.
