Sweat,SWEAT, MORE SWEAT!!! Start on treadmill,wear swetsuit while doin this, but drink plenty of water,only water. Sauna while in a sweatsuit, jogging, hydrox pills, or caffine is enough energy to make u go,go,go!!! BEST ANSWER, even though it will suck,I had to do it to cut weight for cage fighting to make weight class!

It's very unhealthy (and unrealistic) to lose a lot of weight fast and it will inevitably come back.

But now that you have been warned, the one idea that seems to work for a lot of people is to do phase 1 of South Beach or Atkins - i.e. as low carb as possible. Cut out all bread, rice, pasta, fruit and high-sugar vegetables (or all vegetables if you want) and stick to lean meats, nuts, and eggs. Add exercise on top of that.

How long do you have to lose the weight? If it's ASAP, there's also a 3-day diet out there (just do a search) that involves certain combinations of foods and claims you'll lose 10lbs in 3 days. I know people who have tried it and lost 3-5lbs, so it is better than nothing.

a 10 day water fast works well. i lost 16lbs in 10 days doing this. but when you do eat after the 10 days you will put back on 3 to 4 lbs. i would only recommend this to someone who has tried a water fast for three days first you never want to jump into a 10 day fast that quickly. i wish you the best. but eating healthly and exercize is the best way if you have the time.

The healthiest way would be to immediately cut out caffeine and sugar.

Also, if you have three weeks eat just veggies and chicken (fish is okay too)..doesn't matter how much, just be reasonable. You can lose up to 15 lbs in three weeks by doing this.

The unhealthy way would be to work it out excessively and cut back on your calorie intake...maybe to about 1200 a day but this depends on your size as well.

why even bother. rapid weight loss results in nothing but excess water being excreted from the body. it doesn't change how your body looks. once you resume normal eating habits the weight will return in several days. decreasing the body fat takes time and effort there is no easy or fast way to lose fat.

you should be losing weight/fat for your health, not to impress people

Try this….if you use the products correctly, you will have weightloss of 7-15 pounds in 9 days….it is a fact! :) it is by far the healthiest thing out there. Period.!!!!
