Less than five, it is negligible.
By contrast, black coffee has 10-15.

Note: Many/most people will tell you zero, but nutritional information guidelines allow postings of zero if it is less than five when calories are concerned. So, it will have a few calories, yes, however, three or so calories never made a difference ever.

Tea in an of itself has virtually no calories whatsoever. The calories in a can of Lipton's ice tea, or green tea, or white tea (makes no difference what kind of tea it is) comes directly from added SUGAR and not the tea. So the correct answer to your question is: Tea has no real caloric content whatsoever. If you drink a Diet Lipton's Ice Tea in a can or bottle, you'll note that with the Sugar removed, the caloric content is now 0. Read the label. That's all the proof I need for this assertion. Since the calories come from the added Sugar (C12H22O11), it makes no difference whether it is Green, White or Orange Pekoe. Capisce? Now you know THE REST OF THE STORY!

The amount of calories in your tea will depend on what you put in it. So for every teaspoon of sugar you add to your tea you will need to add 16 calories and for every teaspoon of 2% milk you will add 5 calories. So if you have a cup of tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of 2% milk then you have a cup of tea with 42 calories. A cup of tea may contain little or no calories. However, many teas contain a lot of benefits for the drinker. Such as tea can help to stimulate your mind, make your body burn fat, removes free radicals from your skin which help prevent aging! Tea is also known to enhance and strengthen your immune system and reduce heart related problems.

From what I have been able to find, it is between 0 and a very low number. Green tea is said to speed up the metabolism, and so helps to burn them off.

It might say on the packet.

The tea is low or no calorie. The stuff you put in it isn't.
