Because your Christians and were responsible for a lot of the persecution of Pagans over the last 1800 or so years?

Don't get me wrong I don't hate Catholics because of the past, and I do have Catholic friends but there's no way Catholicism is a Pagan religion.

Pagans except Catholics, they want to be excepted, it's the Catholics that look down on the Pagans calling them Devil Worshipers or Evil which they don't believe in Satan anyways but I think it's fear of change, Paganism is growing, more people want to learn more about it and I think some Christians are in fear of what will God do to them if they do but They don't know or understand before Christianity our ancestors where Pagan.

Do you mean just accept Catholics as friends and/or associates, or accept you as Pagans? Because the former, I know I would be glad to do. I'm willing to be friends with anyone, regardless of religion. The latter, sorry no. Catholicism is still Christianity, still an Abrahamic religion. Despite what a lot of Protestant Christians and others might think of you, you are not Pagan.

Since most Catholics don't accept the term Pagan, I feel that they aren't Pagan. Catholics most definitely are Christian and so they cannot be Pagan. Since the definition of Christian (worshipper and follower of Jesus Christ) defines Catholics as a part of them, that is what they are. But names and religions aside, I'll accept anyone who accepts me as my kin. If a Catholic accepts me for the Wiccan I am, I'd be happy to welcome that person in the circle, and I may even follow them to Church. In fact, two of my best friends are Catholic.

Jesus promised, "I will build my Church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it" (Matt. 16:18). Among the Christian churches, only the Catholic Church has existed since the time of Jesus. Every other Christian church is an offshoot of the Catholic Church. The Eastern Orthodox churches broke away from unity with the pope in 1054. The heretical protestant churches were established during the Reformation, which began in 1517. Only the Catholic Church existed in the tenth century, in the fifth century, and in the first century, faithfully teaching the doctrines given by Christ to the apostles, omitting nothing. The list of popes can be traced back to Peter himself, the first pope. Here is a list:

Jesus’ Church is called catholic ("universal" in Greek) because it is his gift to all people. He told his apostles to go throughout the world and make disciples of "all nations" (Matt. 28:19–20). For 2,000 years the Catholic Church has carried out this mission, preaching the good news that Christ died for all men and that he wants all of us to be members of his universal family (Gal. 3:28). Come on over, we'll have coffee. I don't have a problem accepting anyone, so long as they respect me and mine... I'll respect you and yours. Though I'm sure most Catholics wouldn't accept us ;-) especially the Pope lol =) There are very few Pagan groups that would turn anyone away... no matter what their personal religion is.

That fact serves as strong evidence proving Catholics are not nearly as pagan as some people would like to believe.

Because we're educated? Calling a Catholic a non-Christian is absurd. I get that Protestants think Catholics are approaching Christianity the wrong way (otherwise there wouldn't be a Catholic/Protestant split), but calling one side "unChristian" is incredibly subjective.

I also generally don't call anyone a Pagan that doesn't call themselves a Pagan (when you talk about Pagans as a distinct community). Otherwise it's just name calling.

The pagan religions existed way before Christianity. I'm sure you could convert to paganism, but I don't see why they should accept your religious beliefs. They don't believe in your Jewish God, or your Devil. They worship the earth for the most part.

I accept respectful Catholics at my gatherings and sabbat celebrations!

In fact, I have several Catholic friends who DO come, a few Orthodox friends as well.
