you need an adequate amount of points of iq in order to think to the next level, if you don't, there's no way

I don't think you understand what an IQ is. Reading, studying, learning makes you smarter. This is NOT a representation of your IQ.

Your IQ is not a measure of what you know, it's a measure of your reasoning abilities and natural thought patterns. 134 is already a great deal above the average and 160 is almost unheard of. An IQ may increase over a great deal of time due to new understandings of logic or spatial skills, but not greatly.
You really shouldn't stress about it. After all, it was originally developed to figure out how to evaluate learning in children.

IQ is not that important. Focus on learning new things instead. Having a 160 could actually be worse than 134 so be grateful.

You can increase your scores on IQ tests by practing and studying the types of IQ tests. An IQ tests measures in part your ability to take the test.

An IQ means nothing today. If you're overall intelligent and can carry on conversation and are a good person, that is what matters. Not a number on some arbitrary test.
