Are they really going to help me lose weight? I am looking to lose 50lbs by May 08 for my sisters wedding.
I go to the qym and work out for and hour and take my puppy for a walk every morning for 30 min. Also I am lowering my calorie intake to between 1200-1300 calories a day. Do you think I can do it?

The exercise and lower calories will help with weight loss. Trying to lose 50 lb in six months is ambitious but might be possible

The only thing the vinegar pills will lighten is your wallet. Skip the pills and spend the money on tasty fruit and veggies instead. Or use the saved money to reward yourself at the 20 lb mark with something nice like a manicure.

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to help reduce toxins in your body, toxins that could lead to weight gain. I don't know about the pills, but the people I work with swear religiously by the apple cider vinegar in pure, bottle form. Six months is not an unreasonable goal. Just be sure you have a well-mixed plan at the gym, including taking classes. If you can stick with it through this evil, evil holiday season, I'm sure you'll do great!

Good luck.

Your target sounds realistic and the apple cider should help

Keep up with the exercise - but I'm worried your calorie intake is a bit on the low side - if you push it too low too soon then there is a tendency for rapid weight loss initially and then you get stuck

Good luck

Try walking 20 minutes 3-4x a week too. Try drinking water instead of milk, coffee, tea, or soda. You will see the weight fall off.
