You must mean 1 pound. 1 calorie is nothing. Everything you do you're burning more then 1 calorie. You can just not even move and burn that.

1 calorie, well, work out your BMR, mine's about 1,500 - this is how many calories your body burns without you participating in any activity, daily.

So, stay alive for 1/1,500(or your BMR) of a day. Even sitting down burns a few calories, as does eating, talking, even typing.
