So many Atheists think that nothing could possible be invented by people who belive in God or Allah. Do they forget that many great advances in the scientifc world were made by men and women n these faiths as well as many other faiths in the world?
Seriously folks I find a bit immature that you think because you do not beleive in gods od dieties that nothing could have been created by people with faith.
Any one else feel this way?
I know there has to be at least one intelligent atheist out there who can acknowledge that people of fiath can indeed work in the field of science and even come up with great ideas.

good scientists, religious or not, do not let their faith interfere with their research. It has nothing to do with god. If these people put their faith first, we would still be sitting in caves "because that was what god intended".
For most of western history, Christianity has been the prevalent norm. It therefore follows that most scientists in recent history were Christian. Which, as I just explained, matters squat.

What are you talking about? I have never heard anyone claim that science is populated only by atheist scientists. I have never heard a claim that a religious person has never invented anything. Both of those claims would be ludicrous.
The pyramids of Egypt were created by people who had enormous faith. Those pyramids are going to be around for a very long time. Probably outlive just about anything else manmade on the planet. There are many people who believed in god who made major contributions to science.
I do not see why you are claiming that people are saying anything otherwise.
ADDED
And you are basing all of your reality on the question from one person. Find a few dozen examples of this and then talk. Finding one stupid question on Yahoo Answers is not tough. However, to believe that an entire group of people believe something based on one stupid question is not too intelligent. You are acting like all atheists believe what is represented in this question. I can find people who say that it is their christian duty to kill homosexuals. Does that mean that I believe that all christians are like this? No. Please use the same logic on your end.

Albert Einstein.
In developing the theory of relativity, Einstein realized that the equations led to the conclusion that the universe had a beginning.
Early in his life Einstein came to refer to God as "cosmic intelligence" which he did not think of in a personal but in a "super-personal" way.
Quote, "Science can only be created by those who are thoroughly imbued with the aspiration toward truth and understanding. This source of feeling, however, springs from the sphere of religion. To this there also belongs the faith in the possibility that the regulations valid for the world of existence are rational, that is, comprehensible to reason. I cannot conceive of a genuine scientist without that profound faith. The situation may be expressed by an image: science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind. "

I really like your watermark analogy, I would like to extrapolate on that. First, you are right, there is only faith as yet for evidence. But, as we know, there is an awful lot of it. Picture it covering the earth, like a network, or a web of belief. Now hold it up to the light, you will see the watermark. I truly believe this to be the incontrovertible evidence of God's power. I see, though, that I have not offered what you have requested. This is not empirical evidence that "one specific entity" has "made the universe, or created existence". This is definitely not something that "can't be explained by some other phenomenon". I definitely acknowledge that this might not be '"seen as a rational and agreeable explanation by the majority of intelligent humans" LOL! So, I agree with you...there is not empirical evidence...Yet! Thank you Free Thinking American!

I don't think theists are stupid or unproductive, historically or today.
For one thing, atheism has only become intellectually tenable in the past 150 years or so, once humans discovered that naturalistic processes could produce complex structures, like planets and people; people who lived prior to that were just as smart, but didn't have the knowledge base necessary to intellectually reject the need for a "Creator" to explain reality.
For another, most people today are still theists, including many responsible for recent human advances.

You clearly faith to understand the history of mankind. It has always been an individual or small group of people which has moved mankind forward. I think Christians have incredibly closed minds in that they think they know it all from reading one book. Guess what I read the book to but I have read the texts of other major religions as well. Our forefathers weren't strict Christians if you study the real history it. The were DEISTS who realized the in order to spark the people to action they had to play the religion card. Now look it up!

Support this statement. Show two examples of atheists saying this or just admit you made it up.
===
The link you post is a pretty tenuous stretch at best and does not make the statement you posted. You failed to support your claim.
I could find many examples in fact to support what is posted in the link. I see many people here every day making the most absurd and ignorant statements about evolution and at least one post per day declaring medicine to be all but useless compared to prayer.
