If you were mayor of Manila, what would you do?

Name me a few things that you would do in your first 100 days in office.

Traffic should be solved, and
Law enforcers must be honest.

If I were the mayor, I would have already made Manila a technology-driven city. This is my first priority. People of all ages should have internet access, if not from their homes, I will also educate people how to make internet business, have their own cybercafes and other things related to information technology. Also, just like in Ortigas and Makati, there should be lots of call centers or contact centers there, so that there will be more job opportunities for all. We can even organize job fairs if ever.

Other things are: to make Manila a crime-free, drug-free, pollution-free and garbage-free city.

I will definited aim to bring back the glory of Manila. Regain that reputation of being the finest city in the Philippines. I will probably start on improving government services in the Philippines such as improving the process. Encourage old sites to have a face lift with the assitance of the government like Recto, Binondo, Tondo. I think just with these two the whole Manila government will be very busy.

I want crime to be busted and local tourism to flourish.

Maybe like in Singapore we can produce an urban haven. Modernize structures, promote the place through advertisements and encourage businessmen to invest on local tourism such as bars, fine dinning, leisure and recreation, shopping malls etc.

I want things lined up during my first days as Mayor so everything will go smoothly.
