I was going through major depression this semester so I couldn't get any work done. I'm failing all my classes (13 credits).

I do have a 3.2 cumulative GPA, is that enough to save my behind?

I'm so afraid of getting expelled from school. I would really kill myself.

Talk to your advisor. While university policy may appear to be set in stone, it isn't. Your profs can cut you slack if they really want to. Tell him what happened, and ask how to make it right.

No they will not expel you but you will get put on academic probation. If you do fine next semester you will be taken off of probation. You average is really going to be affected by your failing all of you classes this semester. You should see waht the repeat policy is at your school and if your grades are replaced if you repeat a course. If they are replaced then it may be possible to save your GPA next semester. You should also go to the counseling department for your school and talk to a counselor about your depression if you have not already. They can help you find healthy ways to cope and deal with all the pressures of school.

You need to immediately go to your dean and tell them that your situation.

Can you drop your classes now? See if you can do that.

The school won't expel you, but they will put you on academic probation. So you would need to do better in the next semester or they will drop you from the school. And a 3.2 cumulative won't be enough because an F is a strong letter grade and can impact your entire time in school...meaning your gpa. It will PULL DOWN your GPA.

I would go to the dean and explain your situation or go to the school's doctor or nurse.

i don't think you'll get expelled but you'll most likely be put on probation - sorry to say but you can kiss your 3.2 average goodbye
