Ive been working out and watching my calories, ive lost 25 pounds 195 to 170 but I only seemed to have lost it around my stomache i messered my arms legs, ect before i started and i just remesserd today and they are the same the only thing ive changed was my stomache.

Make sure your eating enough (i know that sounds backasswords) but its key. ... Eat like 2500 cals 6 times a day to kick off with... Its a great round number but there are calculators out there to give you a more acurrate number for you.

Make sure your doing balanced workouts and allowing your body enough time to heal itself.

Add more lean protein to your diet and perhaps up your repititions when working out.

It is not uncommon to stall once the initial weight has been lost. Do not be discouraged, keep at it.

Be happy, your arms stay the same due to all the muscles building up.
