According to the charts on this page http://www.halls.md/chart/height-weight.htm
you are very close to the 50th percentile for white men. I don't know your ethnicity.

What that means is that about half of adult men will be taller, about half will be shorter. You are well within "normal."

I don't know what current averages are, but 5'4" used to be about "median" for women. That means that about half are taller than that, about half shorter. Of those women taller than you, some could pick up someone of your height and weight, but many could not.

I'm 5'6" and can lift someone about my same size, but not actually carry them. My child is 4'6" and about 60 pounds, and I can still carry him in my arms, but not far or fast. I can lift him "piggyback" for longer periods of time and carry him much farther that way.

No. The average height for men is about 5'9", about 40% of men are shorter than 5'8". You may be a little thin but not extremely so, your BMI is in the midrange.

The average woman is 5'4", 50% are shorter than 5'4" and less than 10% of women are taller than 5'8". So lots of women are shorter than you and a few are taller

These are stats for white people. See the links below for charts for other races.

Well, i'm 5'4" and 155 lbs, so then i'm too short and fat.... Girls don't really care about the thinness - but they hate shorter guys - i've only dated girls taller than me, but I know many who will not date someone who is shorter than them... 5'8" is average, and girls wear heels, so I think you're good.
Besides, if a girl really has a problem with your height, screw her because there is nothing you can do about it. All the things men like in women can be changed (push up bra, body shapers/gyms, hair coloring, makeup....) but we can't do a thing about height!

Im 5'2"...female. You would probably be considered just a little below average in height for a man, but I don't think that is too short. As for your weight...well, that is obviously just your body type and if you think you are too thin then work out and build up muscle.

I'm six foot four inches and 270 pounds. Am I too tall and fat?

Forget appearences; go for the person within. You'll be a lot happier.

nah. maybe a little on the small end, but lots of girls like that. big, tall guys are overpowering sometimes, and theyre usually cocky, which is a total turn off. your size is just fine. dont worry about it at all.

im 5'1" but my boyfriend is 5'6" and probably about 130. Were small people, yes. But I love him and that makes him the tallest man in the world. You know what I love the most about him? that he is a confident person. Thats sexy.
