Yes! You should work out again to get your body used to the workouts otherwise you will be sore every time you work out if you don't do it often.

Yes. Just don't work out the same muscle group and stretch out prior to your workout...even the muscles that are sore.

You can... Depending on your goals... you should!

If your goal is endurance then by all means kill yourself every day! lol

But if your goal is to gain muscle and loose fat... let your body rest and on your off days of doing resistance training do 30 mins of cardio that you will enjoy :)

Your body will tell you.. I workout , rest, workout, rest, workout, rest rest workout, rest... etc ( you should see the patern there and it works great for me but my goal is loosing fat and gaining muscle as fast as possible.)

And you have to nkow your body, alot of people are successful with working out like this:
workout, workout, rest, workout, rest rest, workout workout, rest workout, rest rest,

Just learn your body :)
Hope that helps - J

Oh and if your going to stretch,,, use active / dynamic stretches b4 working out and static stretches after and read what this term means: Self Myofasical release ( I think i jacked up the spelling ) It will cut down your recovery time bigtime!

sure u can, if you are working out for the health benefits only... If you are looking to put on muscle, you would be better off waiting for another day of rest to ensure your muscle fibers are repaired and readied for the next workout. That would mean muscle building for the next workout. For muscle-building you have to supply three things: enough nutrients taken / enough pressure put on the muscle to work them / enough rest to ensure broken muscle cells to be repaired before the next push on them as they are built at the time of rest not at the time of workout. Good luck...

certainly...if you are sore from say weight training then you would want to train different body parts today than you did yesterday. if you are sore from doing cardio, etc. then you would want to exercise at a lower level of intensity than you did yesterday or even perform a different type of cardio. there is nothing wrong with exercising daily you just have to vary your training intensity and/or body parts that are being exercised.

I do, but I don't work the same body parts. Do cardio and/or work a different body part if you're sore.

yes definately, that is a good thing, because you are training your muscles, you must develop some kind of work out system though to get your desired results of what you hope to obtain.
