My daughter is 18 months and still refuses to give up the early nap. She only takes about 30 min in the morning and then aobut 1 1/2 later in the afternoon. She still wants it so I figure she'll let me know when she's ready to transition.

Hi! My son was 14 months old when he started taking just one nap, but then he caught a nasty cold and started sleeping more, and now he's back to taking 2-3 naps a day again!

Our son stop two naps about 6 months, stopped one nap about 18 months.

they were both about 18 months old when they quit taking the morning nap. but the baby who is 2 sometimes will still take a nap in am and pm. what ever works for her works for me.

My son is 13 months, and he is slowly starting to cut out his late afternoon nap.. but at times he still takes it,depending how his night went.

My son was about 15 or 16 months old, but it definitely varies. You can't make a child sleep less or more at will.

9-10 months. Every child is different though.
