Not sure, but maybe you need to talk to someone like a counselor about this. I used to do sort of the same thing, I was actually running from my problems but where ever I went the same things kept happening and I'd move away to get a fresh start and...if you are moving so you don't have to confront issues then I suggest you get help to deal with them, otherwise it becomes a vicious game of hide and seek.

On the other hand you may be a person who likes to seek new places and experiences...you feel the urge to get up and go because you get bored when things 'settle'.

The thing is, you may be missing developing some really good long term friendships this way...maybe you should look at getting involved in some community based events like a team sport or volunteering so you develop ties to your place and find a social club or hobby or even a night class that is fun, stimulating and time consuming, so you've always got something going on and don't have time for boredom.

i think your experiencing, a lot of restlessness or what's refereed to as a restless spirit, it's somewhat common, some people feel that they are running from something or feel a need to get away from a routine that they have placed them self in, some do it for a change of scenery, others do it to escape, you have to ask yourself are you running away from something, such as a past hurt, a broken heart, a loss, shame, or guilt of some sort. see staying in one place as a challenge, as an opportunity to grow and lay down some roots. good luck.

I actually think it sounds like a GOOD thing.....with change comes growth. You're giving yourself PLENTY of room to grow as a person.....and lots of experience.

If you keep moving....maybe you could move somehwere far next time...like another country? That way you could arn so much and travel. I wish I could move all the time, sounds fun!

i'm the EXACT same way. be it home, city, state .... I honestly don't think there's anything wrong with it, it's just not considered the norm. So long as you aren't actively "running away" from something and you have the finances to cover your frequent moves, I wouldn't worry about it.
