Psalm 53:1 **The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.** Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, **Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.**
*******************************************
They embrace the former, and ignore the latter.
Now, watch and see how many Christians will tell me that I misinterpreted the Bible, and how THEIR interpretation is correct.

No, there is no difference. Exactly... they picked the verse, so they obviously agree with it. They use the old tactic, "Well God said it"... which is bogus... they still picked the verse to quote.
I still don't understand why their spirituality is based on Quoting a book... Isn't that like quoting a movie to talk to other people... no matter what the topic is? There just isn't very much originality and I don't see where any personal experience is involved if they have to quote something else all together.

Calling someone a fool is only a personal opinion. Using scriptures is proof of it. The wisdom from the Bible is beyond question the most valuable we have.

Calling someone a fool is personal opinion.
Using scripture to do it is a coward's way of trying to excuse doing it.

I'm with Suzanne in that I'm with Deke.(?)
And to complicate things, one of my favorites -
18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness”; 1 Corinthians 3:18-19

High 5 eleventy, Deke and ((((Suzanne))))

Deke is 100% correct. Most (but not all) Christians don't fully understand how these Scriptural passages work together.
Any Christian who disagrees is welcome to send me a message through YA and I'll explain.
EDIT: (((Super Bobo))) Don't expect a hug from Deke, though.

There's really no difference, but people who do that can hide behind the scripture as they would hide behind a shield. As far as they're concerned, it's not THEIR words, it's GOD'S word that condemns. THEY would NEVER do such a thing.

Yes; if they quote the scripture, it shows that even their insults are unoriginal.
