I didn't get injured, I never excercised. But when I get up at the morning, I get these pains in my arms and legs. Why is that? How can I get rid of them? And how can i prevent them from happening again?

What are these pains?

You never exercise????? Look at it this way, you never exercise, you go to bed, where you rest and then when you get up, as in use all the muscles to get you out and up from the bed PAIN! You need exercise, you need to learn how to exercise all your muscles, otherwise they will just waste away and cause pain when you lift a pen to write.

those pains might be from not exercicing, try getting exercise from little stuff you do on a daily basis, like instead of walking run, or strech once in a while, hope i helped ;)
