No they want them to get an education.... seems like they need more of that around here. America isn't a Chirstian Nation. It's just a nation that happens to have mostly Christians in it. Check out the Bill of Rights. I believe there is freedom of religion still in this country.

America is no longer a Christian nation, although, as History shows, we started out as one.
We have drifted so far away, being pushed by those who oppose it, from Christian values and morals and religion, that we can no longer claim to be a Christian nation, and I think alot of people are very happy about that.
People are glad to live in a nation that is NOT a Christian nation, they are proud that we have 'come so far' away from those values.
I see what you are saying, but with the way the world is today, I wish that were our only problem.

You are working on a false premise. America is NOT a Christian nation, so public schools have no right to encourage prayer (or for that matter ban prayer).

America is a secular Republic not a christian theocracy. Check out the First Amendment to the Constitution.

America is not a Christian nation [sic].
Have you read the Establishment Clause of the Constitution?
Children already have the right to pray in school anytime anywhere. What you are suggesting is mandatory led Christian prayer imposed on all children. That is just plain arrogance.

The US is not a Christian nation; Our constitution is mostly based on Christian principles but it clearly states that we do not favor any particular religion; we are free to practice any faith.

America is not a Christian nation. And morals do not come from your religious affiliation.

Thankfully, America isn't a christian nation. Iran, N Korea and Cuba are more christian.

God is not mentioned one single time in the Constitition or the Bill of rights and the 11th article of the Treaty of Tripoli (that was unamimously voted for) states word for word that the US was NOT founded as a Christian country.
So how do you explain that?
