Not being sure, I asked my 2 cats.
Dewey thinks they are both Taoists.
Trillby feels that the one on the left is christian, in the very best sense of the term, and that the one on the right is agnostic.
Since Trillby speaks their exact dialect (hence her name), I'm inclined to go with her interpretation.
